The Resident Assistant (CNA/NAC/HCA/NAR) role is onsite in Bellevue, WA, at The Gardens at Town Square. This part-time position is scheduled Friday and Saturday, 3:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m., and pays $23.00–$26.50 per hour. The role supports the community’s assisted-living residents. The resident assistant provides personal care and clinical observation while respecting residents’ choice, independence, privacy, and dignity. The work helps older adults living in licensed apartments with daily activities and supports their well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers, toileting, and feeding
• communicate with people with cognitive impairment or mental health issues
• assist with self-medication as required
• and perform simple housekeeping tasks such as tidying apartments and bathrooms and emptying trash per protocol.

Why this role
