What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate merger, stock purchase, asset purchase, and related transaction documents
• work on partnership, joint venture, and LLC operating agreements
• take substantial responsibility for closing transactions
• conduct due diligence
• advise clients on corporate, entity, and business matters.
