Field Sales Representative

Job overview

The Field Sales Representative role is based in Cleveland, OH, with work split between field outreach (60%) and remote or office operations (40%). Compensation is $18–$21 per hour plus commission. What you'll do

• Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients
• develop local college relationships for recruitment and revenue generation
• attend job fairs
• seek opportunities through networking, cold calls, and targeted emails
• identify prospective decision-makers
• execute sales plans
• educate clients about the company and its offerings
• maintain field activity and client feedback reports
• contact at least 10 new or dormant accounts weekly.
