Director of Sales

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• develop new customers and shift sales from print to digital
• recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales staff
• conduct market research
• support sales representatives
• oversee CRM management, forecasting, and pipeline management
• collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams on integrated campaigns
• monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
