Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Oversee daily job-site operations to support safe, on-schedule, on-budget work. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
• monitor OSHA compliance and quality standards
• review drawings, specifications, and schedules
• conduct coordination meetings
• maintain three-week look-ahead schedules and daily project records
• perform quality inspections
• coordinate building inspections
• and address field coordination issues with project managers and site personnel.
