What you'll do

• Evaluate and provide person-centered interventions for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses
• conduct assessments and develop treatment and safety plans
• provide individual and group support
• coordinate with clients, collateral contacts, agencies, and providers
• document services
• support evidence-based group curricula
• attend professional development activities
• conduct staff seminars and training
• facilitate treatment teams and case conferences
• provide crisis intervention as needed.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in social work or related field, at least two years of relevant mental or behavioral health experience, and an unrestricted LMSW license within six months of hire. Mandated reporter training is required before hire.
