The Blending Operator — C Shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) is an onsite, full-time role in Eugene, OR. Compensation is $21.55–$23.30 per hour. The position supports East West Tea’s Tea Blending / Production team. The operator follows recipes and production processes to prepare tea blends accurately and safely. This work starts the production process by ensuring materials, records, equipment, and finished batches meet specifications and applicable food-safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Safely weigh and transfer materials during batch preparation
• record material consumption and verify others’ records
• deliver products to the blending area using a forklift or pallet jack
• select materials by item number according to batch tickets or recipes
• clean and sanitize equipment and tools between batches
• complete documentation thoroughly.
