Lead Service Technician

The technician acts as a team lead, conducting quality control audits, assisting with driver training, and serving as a primary point of contact for customer service issues.

What you'll do

• Conduct quality control audits on portable restrooms and holding tanks
• assist with accident investigations and safety meetings
• serve as a resource for drivers regarding vehicle issues
• act as a primary contact for customer service resolutions
• assist with driver training
• perform daily vehicle inspections
• operate service trucks to and from work sites
• maintain truck logs
• follow safety regulations.
