What you'll do

• Prepare, process, and review payroll
• run reports and audits
• research payroll discrepancies and timekeeping adjustments
• maintain leave accruals and respond to employee questions
• prepare tax reporting and payroll reports
• submit union reporting and payments
• coordinate benefit deductions with HR
• process accounts payable, review invoices against purchase orders, maintain vendor accounts, prepare bank deposits, and support budget and administrative work.
