Staff Pharmacist – Specialty Infusion

The Staff Pharmacist role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The salary range is $125,000–$146,000 per year. The pharmacist supports LUX Infusion’s specialty infusion care, which aims to provide patients with clear, supportive care and coordinated therapy starts. The pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services, sterile compounding oversight, and operational support to promote safe, effective, and compliant patient care. Medication review and collaboration with clinicians and providers help patients receive timely specialty infusion therapies.

What you'll do

• Review infusion orders and patient therapies
• participate in clinical rounds
• perform sterile compounding and TPN review
• maintain patient records and care plans
• ensure USP and cleanroom compliance
• train and support staff
• drive operational improvements
• collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate and monitor drug therapy.
