Customer Service Manager

What you'll do

• Manage daily customer service operations and personnel
• develop procedures, policies, standards, and performance metrics
• coach the team in resolving customer issues and complaints
• ensure inquiries are handled promptly and accurately
• assist with order processing, expediting, quotations, and delivery communications
• coordinate hiring, training, and development
• address personnel issues
• analyze statistics and compile reports
• participate in business systems development and implementation
• identify improvements to existing policies and procedures.
