Director, Lead-to-Cash Transformation and Billing Operations

The Director, Lead-to-Cash Transformation and Billing Operations role is remote in the United States. The salary range is $156,000–$210,000, with possible eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The role provides enterprise leadership for Wipfli's billing and collections operations and Finance work within the Lead-to-Cash program. The position builds a scalable operating model that improves billing quality, cash conversion, transparency, and client experience. It leads process redesign, controls, reporting, workflow improvements, and team development in partnership with Finance, business, and technology leaders.

What you'll do

• Lead billing and collections operations and Lead-to-Cash Finance workstreams
• design scalable billing workflows and governance
• reduce aged work in progress and accounts receivable and improve invoicing and collections
• define billing data requirements
• partner on workflow, dashboards, integrations, automation, and vendor implementation
• establish performance scorecards and reporting
• lead root-cause analysis and process improvements
• develop onshore and offshore teams
• maintain policies, controls, and documentation
• provide executive updates.
