What you'll do

• Supervise construction activities and field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• oversee commercial remodels and ground-up work
• ensure compliance with plans, codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• maintain daily reports and schedules
• coordinate deliveries, inspections, and work sequencing
• communicate with project managers and clients
• manage RFIs, submittals, and field change orders
• resolve field issues and mentor field personnel.
