The Service and Installation Dispatch Coordinator is an onsite, full-time position in North Billerica, MA. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Pay is $27–$29 per hour, based on experience. The role supports the Service and Installation departments at Doug Anderson Plumbing and Heating, an established local company. The coordinator manages the daily office and dispatch flow by booking customer calls, scheduling and dispatching technicians, tracking leads, and completing administrative follow-up. The role helps customers, technicians, and office staff stay informed and ensures appointments, emergency calls, and unfinished tasks receive appropriate attention.

What you'll do

• Answer customer calls and gather job details
• book appointments and maintain customer and job records in ServiceTitan
• create and follow up on leads
• schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability, location, job requirements, customer needs, and urgency
• manage the dispatch board and appointment changes
• communicate updates to customers, technicians, and management
• support invoicing, estimates, job documentation, confirmations, reviews, registrations, training, and office tasks
• escalate larger customer issues to management.
