What you'll do

• Maintain a regular presence in the milieu and ensure residents' physical and emotional safety
• monitor direct care staff compliance with policies, schedules, and trauma-informed practices
• train, coach, and support staff in de-escalation and crisis intervention
• participate in treatment planning and team meetings
• assign duties, monitor performance, and conduct documented supervision
• ensure compliance with agency, DCFS, Medicaid, and COA standards
• monitor staffing ratios and provide direct-care coverage when necessary
• maintain TCI Trainer certification and train staff.

Why this role
