It contributes to client satisfaction and studio standards through consultations, service delivery, aftercare guidance, and collaboration with the team.

What you'll do

• Support customer satisfaction, studio appearance, and culture
• consult with clients about beauty goals and recommend suitable services
• perform lash extensions, lash lifts, brow services, and other services within training and licensure
• provide client care from consultation through checkout
• educate clients on aftercare and maintenance
• introduce memberships, retail products, and additional services when appropriate
• maintain a clean, sanitary workspace.
