What you'll do

• Wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silverware
• remove and sort trash
• clean floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other surfaces
• transfer supplies and equipment
• restock tools and supplies
• maintain temperature logs and organize the walk-in cooler and freezer
• help line cooks prep, store, and date food
• and break down cardboard boxes.
