What you'll do

• Read and interpret construction documents and drawings
• manage contract documents and shop drawings
• prepare, submit, log, and distribute RFIs and responses
• develop and maintain schedules
• coordinate with operations on field staffing and construction methods
• enforce jobsite safety
• oversee field supervision and quality
• manage submittals and documentation
• coordinate subcontractors
• negotiate change orders with clients
• maintain client relationships
• travel daily within the region, with overnight travel not anticipated.
