What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR business partner to FabLogix leadership, supervisors, and employees
• support workforce planning, organizational structure, staffing, retention, and talent development
• advise on performance management, succession planning, career development, and leadership development
• lead or support employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and performance concerns
• coach leaders
• support engagement, communication, and change management
• ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• execute HR processes and Kelso programs, systems, and policies
• identify opportunities to improve HR processes and service delivery.
