What you'll do

• Role models established customer experience practices
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and procedures
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Initiates and participates in store recovery
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
