The operator prepares and runs blending equipment to produce food products according to recipes, while documenting batches, maintaining equipment, and supporting safety, quality, production, and cost goals.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, blends, or processes ingredients
• follow recipes and food safety procedures
• record batch ingredients, temperatures, test results, and cycle times
• clean and sterilize blenders and processing areas
• troubleshoot equipment and assist with adjustments and changeovers
• perform routine and preventive maintenance
• support equipment improvements
• maintain accurate records and an organized work area.
