The IT Technician, Fab Support role is onsite in Roseville, CA. The listed base pay range is $22.00–$28.00 per hour. Bosch is expanding its semiconductor business at the Roseville site, where silicon carbide semiconductors are planned for production on 200-millimeter wafers beginning in 2026. The technician supports IT systems embedded in a semiconductor manufacturing facility, helping maintain system availability and production uptime. Hardware support, incident response, server monitoring, and accurate asset records contribute to reliable cleanroom and wafer-processing operations.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and provision computers in the fab
• maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot IT hardware in cleanroom environments while following contamination, safety, and gowning protocols
• respond to production-critical incidents
• manage service requests and hardware lifecycle tickets using ITSM platforms
• maintain endpoint inventory records
• monitor server performance, capacity, health, and availability.

Why this role

Assigned to either C shift (Sunday–Tuesday plus every other Saturday, 6 p.m.–6 a.m.) or D shift (Wednesday–Friday plus every other Saturday, 6 p.m.–6 a.m.). Indefinite US work authorization is required; future sponsorship is unavailable.
