Maintenance Technician — Commercial Properties

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Lakeland, FL, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. The role exists to complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and keep property areas in serviceable condition. It performs repairs, renovations, and routine inspections while responding to client concerns and requests.

What you'll do

• Complete commercial property repairs and work orders
• perform framing, drywall, flooring, trim, Dry-Vit, walkway, and roadway repairs
• inspect and maintain vacant and occupied units and other property areas
• install and repair interior wall and floor coverings
• perform plumbing, carpentry, minor air-conditioning repairs, renovation, and painting
• respond to client complaints, concerns, and requests
• work overtime if required.
