The Prep Cook role is onsite in Carmichael, CA. Compensation is $18.15–$22.10 per hour. The position supports food service for Eskaton, a nonprofit aging-services organization serving older adults through a network of communities.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and recipes, follow dietary requirements, measure and mix ingredients, and apply portion control.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and facilities, keep food labeled, dated, and rotated, communicate menu changes or substitutions to a supervisor, and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
