What you'll do

• Provide technical support to clients and escalate issues with relevant criticality and timing information, confirming acceptance of escalations.
• Prepare desktops, laptops, and other hardware.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation.
• Deliver assigned operational and project commitments and perform customer maintenance.
• Monitor assigned alerts with the live helpdesk and respond appropriately.
• Support servers, networks, computers, user setups, and applications including Office 365, SharePoint, and QuickBooks.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as necessary.
