What you'll do

• Own data classification policy and governance of confidential and restricted data inventories
• maintain privacy policies and standards
• conduct privacy impact assessments
• support SOC 2 audits and third-party reviews
• lead retention schedules, legal holds, secure disposal, and media sanitization
• partner with Engineering on retention and deletion controls
• establish generative AI governance standards
• help set DLP and data discovery requirements
• test controls
• track remediation and report risk trends
• serve as privacy contact for audits, bank partner reviews, and regulatory exams
• assist with employee privacy training.
