What you'll do

• Provide screenings and initial behavioral health assessments
• deliver short-term, structured, evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy as part of integrated treatment plans
• document behavioral health goals and interventions
• attend treatment team meetings and coordinate care with behavioral health leadership and primary care providers
• participate in clinical supervision
• facilitate referrals as needed
• provide crisis intervention as needed
• maintain timely records
• and protect confidential health information.
