What you'll do

• Perform interior and exterior repairs, respond to resident service requests, prepare vacant apartments for occupancy, and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building issues.
• Inspect contractor work and common areas, maintain curb appeal, follow safety codes, and participate in resident activities as requested.
• Participate in an evening and weekend on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
