Building Maintenance and Operations Technician II

Job overview

The Building Maintenance and Operations Technician II role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with a stated pay range of $24–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete maintenance helpdesk tickets involving HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical, appliances, furniture, locks and doors, painting, drywall, and general troubleshooting
• respond to maintenance requests
• coordinate vendor and supplier deliveries
• complete preventive maintenance tickets
• prioritize and complete repairs
• address safety and risk-management issues
• maintain equipment for warranty compliance and useful life
• follow safety procedures and policies.
