What you'll do

• Lead daily Service BDC operations
• recruit, train, coach, schedule, and supervise representatives
• ensure calls, online requests, texts, and emails are handled promptly
• schedule customers based on shop capacity and technician availability
• develop outbound, declined-service, and customer re-engagement campaigns
• monitor appointment, show-rate, repair-order, and customer-satisfaction metrics
• review communication quality and process compliance
• and report performance to Fixed Operations leadership.
