What you'll do

• Lead sprint planning, daily Scrum, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• own sprint execution
• challenge estimates, scope, dependencies, assumptions, and timelines
• identify and resolve risks and impediments
• maintain Definition of Ready and Definition of Done practices
• improve predictability and reduce spillovers
• partner with Product Owners on backlog priorities
• manage cross-team dependencies
• use Agile metrics to identify improvements
• coach teams on Agile and Lean principles.
