What you'll do

• Review audiovisual bid packages, construction documents, specifications, drawings, and addenda
• develop equipment, labor, fabrication, quality assurance, programming, commissioning, engineering, and project-management estimates
• perform quantity takeoffs
• identify scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions, and risks
• coordinate pricing requests
• verify equipment compatibility and system completeness
• track bid opportunities and deadlines
• prepare bid summaries and review packages
• support proposal and RFP/RFQ responses
• collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project teams
• maintain labor benchmarks and historical cost data
• contribute to estimating standards and workflow improvements.
