What you'll do

• Drive major gift fundraising and deepen relationships with supporters.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors at the $5,000+ level.
• Build a robust donor pipeline and develop customized engagement strategies.
• Mobilize philanthropic support during disaster response.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute fundraising plans.
• Monitor performance metrics and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
