What you'll do

• Provide nursing care in a behavioral health setting
• perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• monitor physical and behavioral changes
• administer medications and treatments according to orders and protocols
• develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• monitor safety and respond to behavioral or medical emergencies
• maintain clinical documentation
• collaborate with psychiatrists, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• support therapeutic, patient-centered care
• follow facility policies, OMH standards, infection prevention, and patient-safety requirements
• participate in required OMH orientation and training.
