What you'll do

• Manage relationships with assigned Outfitters and serve as an escalation point
• lead onsite ramp-up, training, and operational support

• present monthly business reviews
• forecast and track account metrics
• identify growth opportunities and generate warm leads
• provide market insights to business development
• coordinate with vendors and internal partners.
