What you'll do

• Oversee project documentation, reporting, schedules, plans, timelines, and milestones
• coordinate construction phases from procurement to closeout
• manage budgets and cost forecasts
• approve invoices, change orders, and procurement costs
• lead project team members and mentor assistant project managers and project engineers
• serve as the primary onsite client contact when acting as sole manager
• address project issues and maintain documentation for claims and dispute resolution.
