Healthcare Business Development Associate

The Healthcare Business Development Associate role is hybrid, based in Chesterfield, MO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Base salary is $60,000–$80,000 per year, plus an opportunity for up to a 30% quarterly bonus. The role supports Interventional Pain Institute, a pain management practice serving patients throughout the St. Louis area. The associate develops referral relationships and supports community outreach to help expand patient access to specialized care. By coordinating events, tracking outreach, and sharing partner feedback with the team, the role contributes to the institute’s growth initiatives.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners
• identify referral opportunities in assigned markets
• represent the institute at networking events and community outreach activities
• support marketing campaigns and business development
• coordinate event participation and outreach calendars
• gather and communicate partner feedback
• track outreach and provide progress updates
• collaborate with leadership and team members on growth initiatives.
