Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions. Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care. Demonstrates competency and uses comprehens
