What you'll do

• Assist with competitive swim team practices and instruction in the water and on deck
• ensure swimmer safety and enforce pool rules
• conduct practices according to Y standards
• train and supervise swimmers during practices and meets
• communicate with parents and coaches about assignments, progress, and events
• assist with administrative tasks
• and prepare and store equipment.
