The Customer Service & Showroom Associate role is onsite in Reno, NV. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. Consign Furniture is hiring for a hands-on position supporting customers and daily showroom operations. The role helps customers find and purchase furniture and décor while keeping the showroom organized and presentable. It combines customer communication, sales support, clerical tasks, and merchandise upkeep to support store operations.

What you'll do

• Answer customer calls, emails, and texts
• greet showroom visitors and help locate merchandise
• assist with purchases and process point-of-sale transactions
• explain services, policies, delivery, and financing options
• schedule deliveries and pickups
• perform clerical tasks
• maintain displays, pricing, cleanliness, and showroom organization
• work with sales, receiving, transportation, and management.
