Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Lexington Park, MD, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 7:30 AM–4:30 PM and rotational Saturday hours during the busy winter season as needed. Pay is $19–$23 per hour. Taylor Gas, Heating & Air serves Southern Maryland with propane delivery and heating and air conditioning services.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls
• process service requests, customer orders, and account applications
• assist with propane delivery and HVAC service inquiries
• maintain customer information
• support accounts receivable and administrative tasks
• handle emergency service escalations
• maintain records and follow up on requests
• and participate in a rotational after-hours on-call schedule.
