What you'll do

• Assist kitchen departments with food preparation and dishwashing as needed
• prepare and serve food and baked goods according to menus and standards
• follow food storage, handling, sanitation, and temperature controls
• operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment safely
• keep work areas and floors clean and organized
• assist the manager with meal preparation and daily reports
• maintain cash receipts and meal records.
