What you'll do

• Diagnose vehicle issues during testing and on-road operations
• use hardware and software knowledge to address failures
• implement documented temporary workarounds while permanent solutions are developed
• ensure workarounds meet safety and performance standards
• log and document issues
• report reproduction steps, diagnostic data, and recommended actions
• collaborate on root-cause analysis
• recommend reliability and process improvements
• participate in pre- and post-test evaluations
• serve as technical point of contact during vehicle testing
• improve troubleshooting and diagnostic processes.
