What you'll do

• Coordinate subcontractor, material, and supplier procurement
• review plans, specifications, RFIs, and contracts
• develop project budgets and schedules
• manage submittals, permits, and change orders

• conduct job-site visits and coordinate with general contractors, field teams, suppliers, and company leadership
• prepare monthly billings
• support project closeout and post-job reviews.
