What you'll do

• Screen and assess clients, excluding diagnosis
• develop treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family counseling and intensive outpatient services
• provide referrals, information, intervention, crisis support, and case management
• oversee assigned cases
• orient clients to the program
• complete clinical reviews, discharge planning, and progress notes
• engage families
• contact referral sources weekly
• participate in utilization and peer review
• complete quality-improvement data and assigned corrective actions.
