What you'll do

• Prepare estimates and quantity takeoffs for commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and related interior projects
• review drawings, specifications, contracts, and bid documents
• solicit and compare vendor and subcontractor pricing
• identify scope gaps, risks, exclusions, and value-engineering opportunities
• prepare bid proposals
• coordinate with project managers, field teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
• maintain pricing records and bid documentation
• support turnover, post-bid reviews, conceptual budgets, negotiated bids, and change-order pricing.
