What you'll do

• Welcome guests and confirm reservations, waivers, rental selections, return times, and payment information
• help select and fit surfboards, wetsuits, and approved equipment
• explain equipment use and return expectations
• inspect equipment before issue and after return
• document damage and safety concerns
• clean, sanitize, organize, and restock gear
• process rental transactions
• maintain inventory and rental-area readiness
• escalate safety issues and significant complaints.
