What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance projects, service calls, preventive maintenance, repairs, and work orders
• oversee daily engineering operations and team productivity
• inspect guestrooms, public areas, mechanical rooms, and infrastructure
• manage parts and supplies
• analyze maintenance reports and equipment data
• support plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall work
• ensure safety compliance and address hazards
• respond to guest maintenance concerns.

Why this role
