The Wingstop Shift Leader role is onsite in Raymore, MO, with pay of $17.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• ensure guest service and a positive dining experience
• coach, motivate, and support team members
• assist with onboarding and training
• monitor food quality, portioning, service speed, and presentation
• maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• complete opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures as assigned
• assist with cash management, staffing, inventory, product rotation, and waste control
• resolve guest concerns
• maintain restaurant cleanliness
• communicate operational needs to management
• support sales initiatives and performance goals.
