What you'll do

• Visit job sites to measure and gather project details
• prepare exterior-scope estimates and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and subcontractors
• assess site conditions and constructability
• review vendor and subcontractor quotes
• collaborate with project managers and business development during preconstruction
• help develop scopes, material lists, and turnover documentation.
